Run your AI notetaker where your data already lives

A self-hosted AI notetaker for Zoom & Google Meet. It records calls, writes the summary and action items, and keeps every byte inside your own VPC or on-prem — nothing leaves your network.

In-house from $10 per seat / mo, billed annually · data stays on your infrastructure · air-gapped option

Why teams self-host their notetaker

Data never leaves

Recordings, transcripts, summaries and the RAG index all stay inside your own VPC or on-prem.

Clears compliance

GDPR / HIPAA data residency on your own terms. SSO/SAML, RBAC, retention and audit logs.

Your model, your rules

Run an in-house LLM with zero external calls, or bring your own — the whole pipeline is yours.

Built for the calls you can't send to the cloud

Same notetaker, running inside your walls. Teams that reach for the on-prem plan:

Legal

Privilege can't leak

Client calls and matter discussions summarised in-house — nothing sent to a third-party vendor.

Healthcare

PHI stays protected

Consult and care-team notes transcribed on your own infrastructure, with retention you control.

Questions people actually ask us

If yours isn't here, book a call and we'll answer it straight.

Can I run an AI notetaker on my own servers?

Yes. AI Notetaker installs inside your own VPC or fully on-prem. It joins Zoom and Google Meet, records and transcribes calls, and writes summaries and action items — and the audio, transcripts and notes stay entirely within your infrastructure. An air-gapped setup is available.

Does meeting data ever leave our network?

No. On the in-house (VPC / on-prem) plan, recordings, transcripts, summaries and the RAG index all live inside your own environment. We don't train external models on your data, and an air-gapped deployment has no outbound connectivity at all.

Is it GDPR and HIPAA friendly?

Self-hosting is how most teams clear GDPR and HIPAA review: data residency is your own data centre or cloud account, you control retention and access with SSO/SAML and RBAC, and you get full audit logs. We help with the deployment; your own controls and agreements make the final compliance call.

Which LLM does the on-prem version use?

Your choice. Run an open model fully in-house for a no-external-calls setup, bring your own hosted model under your own keys, or use ours. The transcription and RAG pipeline run inside your environment either way.

How long does an on-prem deployment take?

Usually one to two weeks, depending on your environment and how much branding and integration you want. The managed Cloud plan can be live in a few days if you need something sooner.

How much does the self-hosted plan cost?

In-house (VPC / on-prem) is $10 per seat per month, billed annually ($120 per seat per year), and it's the plan most teams pick. Your own compute sits separately. The fully managed Cloud plan is $18 per seat per month, billed annually ($216 per seat per year).
